Garden Peas...need ideas pease!

So i have heaps and heaps of sugar snap peas comin outta the garden.
Dont often see recipes for these...ive been eating them by themselves, so yumm, and am using them in my pasta primavera today, im also experimenting with dehydrating them...

need some more ideas please! :)

peas! i love peas :) lucky you to have garden fresh ones.

i made a pie once with a savoury crust, and layered avocado slices and tomato slices with a fresh pea mole

this was cilantro and fresh peas, about 2 cups each maybe? with lemon or lime zest and juice.

i love fresh peas in peppery cashew alfredo sauce and zucchini noodles.

and in guacamole... they go so good with creamy avo.

and i'm sure there are some wonderful fresh pea soups to made... i might try one with cucumber and stuff...

hmm, none of this is overly inspired - ah well. off the top of my head :p

after you have eaten all you can how about the rest blended into a soup?
when you dehydrate them how does tossing them in wasabe powder sound for a crunchy spicy snack?

i actually made a dip with them this afternoon and then spread it on nori with romaine for a quick snack.
blended: peas, spinach, avocado, cliantro, braggs, and zucchini - its quite good!
