I hope so.
I binged on 20-25 of them yesterday and now my butt is a trumpet.

Haha! I love the way you put things...
But I am honestly not sure if they are raw or not...anyone else know?

Hi RawVegina -
generally, if a fruit has been pitted (dates, prunes, etc), they have had to go through a steaming process. You may find individual processors that don't do this, but the ones I have talked to steam.
The trumpet-action could have been due to the laxative affect prunes have...

I so love prunes with such a passion. They are like a candy to me. I used to buy them and eat a whole container. For some reason, they don't have that immediate laxative effect that hey do with my sister:D and most people I know. It's just like having a yummy candy to me. Hey, has anyone ever dehydrated plums?
