I made it 13 days 100% raw. I failed today. I don't know what happened...I got depressed and anxious.
I'm so upset with myself. I feel naseous and my stomach is bloated.
I hate this.

It's okay. Really. It happens. This is a HUGE adjustment for most folks. Just continue raw tomorrow. Of course your body is revolting, but don't let it get to 'ya. It's a lesson learned. Drink water to flush that out and um, tomorrow?
Also - congrads on the 13 days 100% raw - that in itself is awesome.
Two words:

Don't feel bad-everyone does this! forgive yourself for making one day's worth of mistakes and be proud of and consentrate on the 13 days you made it and stayed raw. Take comfort also, in the fact that your body is rejecting this mistake by making you nauseous, though some of that is psychological, it's a sign that your system has adjusted to the raw diet and doen't want to go back. All good things! Move on and look forward to tomorrow:)

It's okay, it's just part of life. No one does anything 100% perfectly ALL THE TIME. It's not human nature. It doesn't make you a bad person or a failure or even imperfect... it just makes you HUMAN. : ) Don't be so hard on yourself! :)

Musicalrawlady! I WISH I had the strength and drive to go 13 days 100% raw! You should be soooo proud! I feel your pain, as I beat myself up, too...when i fall off the wagon I fall HARD and keep falling. You've been doing awesome, so give yourself credit. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and continue back down the raw path. I admire your strength so far :D
