HI! Does anyone have a recipe for raw granola, or anything like those Lara bars that are raw (and not inexpensive)?

Thanks!

This is my favorite rawnola recipe, it was posted on this site a long time ago so I don't have the original poster, I'd love to give credit where it is due especially because this is really really a good recipe! And I use Alissa's raw oat flakes instead of the groats (and I don't soak them if I use flakes) as an option.

1 cup each Oat groats, almonds, sunflower seeds and walnuts soaked over
night
in a seperate bowl mix together 1/2 cup almond butter & 1/2 cup agave necter
& 1 apple pureed and cinnamon to taste.
Mix well with your grouts and nut mixture.
Dehydrate until you get the desired dryness you want. Then add raisins or
chopped dates. Store in air tight container in the fridge.

That's great! Thanks. I've heard that I can just use my oven to dehydrate? What temperature do I set it at to do this? And for how long? I dont have a dehydrator and can't just yet afford to buy one.

Oh, and I've never heard of Oat Groats. I guess these will be at a health food store?
