my boyfriend has been feeling very nauseous every time he wakes up for work at 6:15am and usually throws up. every morning! that can't be good for him.. If he wakes up later, like at 10, it doesn't happen. He often has night sweats, also. i don't know what to tell him to do!

does this sound like a deficiency? he has been vegetarian all of his life and he was raised vegan until he was 10.
or it could just be his diet right now. he doesn't eat very much. he's 6'2'' and weighs about 140lbs. he doesn't eat anything for breakfast (ever), and i hope that he eats lunch (he's a landscaper out in the hot sun all day)

any ideas???

Uh-oh - morning sickness? Nah, couldn't be!
Seriously, he may be dehydrated. THAT is not good not eating b-fast, or lunch and working in the hot sun - in fact, that's close to being stupid - sorry, but how long can one exist like that?

i know. i tell him all the time that he needs to eat breakfast!
he knows that he needs to drink more water, and he really tries. i sent him off with a 48oz bottle of water and another 12oz bottle. i hope he drinks all of it

i was thinking it could be dehydration. thanks

Heat stroke is NOTHING to play with either. It can lead to a heart attack and even death. It is VERY serious! He may think he's all that (you know - the male macho thing), but WHOA, he is playing Russian roulette with his health.

lol, he's very far from a macho male:D . he is usually quite health conscious, besides the fact that he doesn't eat breakfast
