Newbie From washington!

Hi everyone! My name is Harmony. I am married witha 2yr old daughter. Ever since having her my weight has gone crazy! I dont like who I see in the mirror and thats why Im here. Not for a quick diet but for a lifestyle change. I want to lose the weight and feel good while doing it. Just reading all the forums motivates me so much! It seems so refreshing! But until I can get the book Im going to need some help of getting started. I have no clue at all how to start. So if anyone could help me out that would be great! Thanks:)
