View Full Version : I miss soft tortillas...
any GOOD recipes out there?
I really miss soft tortillas instead of lettuce for wrapping burritos etc.
I find things just get too crumbly and fall apart when bent but are not totally dry. I also don't seem to be too fond of buckwheat but I am trying I have added sprouted wheat to buckwheat and one made good bread and once made good pizza crust but all other attempts I did not like at all... oh and we are banana allergic.

Cafe gratitude has a spinach tortilla recipe that's just blended spinach dehydrated in the dehydrator. I'll look it up for you when I get home.
Also, Alissa's calzone bread recipe is delicious and bread-like.

I made this fajita recipe I found on this site and my whole family loved them! The tortillas have a lovely soft texture.

Thanks very much for sharing that. I'm still longing for tortillas. I tried to make some with sprouted wheat and it was a serious disaster! This looks nice and easy.
