Hello! Well i'm new here and i have been trying to find an answer to my question before posting..but haven't.

So- i just had a couple chocolate questions- first of all, how "bad" is it if i add Nestle 100% Cocoa to my smoothies? it doesn't say organic or raw on it.. so is it unacceptable on this diet? i haven't had the chance to go shop for raw/organic cocoa YET

And second- i have had 85% cocoa chocolate today... i know it's not organic or raw, but is it still OK or i should rather buy the true chocolate like Naked Chocolate and the like.

Uh i've decided to get on this diet last Friday since i love fruit anyway and thought i'd be fun to make all those different smoothies.. and oh my! i can not believe HOW MUCH BETTER i feel already in many different ways.:D Thanks for any answers in advance!

:)

Well Nestle has sugar and dairy and is not raw. If you are doing the Raw food diet then why compromise all the healthy stuff your doing by adding the processed junk? I would get the raw chocolate. As for it being acceptable, well only if you can accept it. : ) There are no Police here. :p

well the Nestle i have doesn't have sugar or dairy, it's just 100% cocoa- i just wonder if that's "ok" and the same with 85% chocolate..hmm yea i guess it's up to me, but you'd say i should still rather buy chocolate that says "RAW" on it?

thanks for the reply! :)
