The last few day my skin has become oily and is breaking out. My skin has always been troublesome though being raw has certainly helped quite a bit. The only thing I've had out of the ordinary in the last few days are some spices (curry, garam marsala, cumin, nutmeg, allspice, etc) and a lot of watermelon. Could it be either of those?
Or, perhaps, could fats (nut butters, coconut oil or avocado) do it? The amount I eat of hasn't increased; however, I've heard that after you've been raw for awhile you should have less anyway. Is that true? If so, then would decreasing fats help?

All of the Impurities Must leave your Body some way, Looks like they have chosen to exit through your skin......Bummer...So drink as much Water as possible to speed these Toxins out. You Know, The Darkest Hour is Just Before Dawn.............

Personally; I react to sugar - it makes me break out. Therefore I always make sure to mix fruits w. greens and fat - and eating watermelon alone (esp. if it is seedless = sweeter) might have caused your insuling to spike and your hormones to go a little off balance = increse production of sebum = oily skin.

Hope it helped?:)
