I have heard this bread is okay to eat during the transition phase. Does anyone here eat it? Is it considered raw or not? In Sarma's book, Real Food she has recipes that include manna bread.

Personally, I haven't had the manna bread cuz I thought it was cooked? I could be wrong ??? but if you use the banana at the top of the page and do a search for ONION BREAD and Black Sesame Sunflower bread ... those two recipes have been tossed around quite a bit here at RFT... and they are both delicious!! AND DEFINITELY RAW!!! :D
the onion bread looked scary to me at first-- cuz I like onions -- but not THAT MANY ONIONS!!! but OH MY GAAAWD... IT IS SOOOO DELICOUS!! Even my non raw friends loove it -- and I am now making batches of it for friends... my dehydrator hasn't stopped humming!! ;) :D

The bread isn't raw, but as far as cooked bread goes it's probably the best there is. I think some raw folks consider it acceptable because it has very few ingredients--no preservatives, yeast, salt, sugar, etc--and is made with sprouted wheat instead of flour.

Just wondering what kind of dehydrater do you use?
