Is Boiled filtered water for beverages such as tea and coffee considered Raw?

I'd venture to say that boiling water wouldn't make much of a difference, but the process that the teas and coffee beans go through wouldn't be raw. Even if they were, the boiling water poured over them would make them cooked.

If I'm desperate for a pick me up I pour hot water over green Yerba Mate leaves and let it steap for 10 minutes. Not raw, but the closest I can get.

If you are missing the tea here is an idea for you. Do sun tea. Pick some leafs like mint, rose leafs, or other leafs that you think would make a good tea. Put it in a glass bottle and fill it with water to the top. Cover with cheese cloth or something that doesn't have big holes in it and let it sit on the sun the whole day. In the evening you have your sun tea. Put some lemon juice and agave nectar if you want it to be sweet. And enjoy it.
