I just discovered that re-running the seed pulp through the vita-mix with water after making sesame milk results in a slurry somewhat resembling cream of wheat in flavor and texture.
My proportions were [the pulp from an original 2 cups of unhulled sesame seeds + 7 cups of water] plus 4 cups of water. I strained most of it to get another round of milk out, but I saved some to eat with a little bit of salt and honey. It was pretty good, slightly warmed from the blending friction.

Here is a Cream of Wheat recipe. I haven't tried it yet but it doesn't look super yum!

I think there might be few more Cream of Wheat type recipes on that site too.

I found that you don't really need to sprout the grain, just soak it overnight and rinse many times untill the water is clea.
good luck
