I just discovered that re-running the seed pulp through the vita-mix with water after making sesame milk results in a slurry somewhat resembling cream of wheat in flavor and texture.
My proportions were [the pulp from an original 2 cups of unhulled sesame seeds + 7 cups of water] plus 4 cups of water. I strained most of it to get another round of milk out, but I saved some to eat with a little bit of salt and honey. It was pretty good, slightly warmed from the blending friction.
