Hi my Raws...
I was wondering, How you all store your Gojis, and Sundried, I have bulk of each, and MAN OH MAN, my fridge is so jammed packed. Was wondering how you store them?
Now I just recieved my 9 tray Excal dehy,,, can I get a whoo whoo??!!
When I try to close the door covering the trays theres always a lil lil lil tiny space where you can see the trays, is this typical? On my small 4 tray it closes completely? What say U?
It's so much bigger so that could have something to do with it?

I store my goji's in a mason jar in the cabinet however, if I had a lot of them to store and not use up quickly, I'd either store in the fridge or freezer until ready to use/eat.
Same with sundried tomatoes...well, I store those in the fridge actually but have never had a whole lot at once. Sometimes, though, I'll keep them in a ziploc bag out-of-the-fridge - in stores they're not refrigerated but for LONG term storage, the fridge or freezer is best.
Congrats on getting your 9-tray! Yeah, that's typical to have that small amount of space...at least mine does!

I store my goji berries in a bag in the cabinet. A jar would probably be better for long-term storage...but mine always seem to get eaten before that becomes an issue :D As for the sun-dried tomatoes, I'd make room in the fridge because mine go bad if I leave them out.

All depends on how LONG you're storing! If short-term (a month or two tops), fine just make sure they're THOROUGHLY dry - if long-term (several months or longer), then you'll wanna store in the fridge or freezer for longevity.

HEY! I used to resemble that remark! Just playing Davy!:D Totally OT, I know, but I just couldn't resist. I know that you can store them in airtight containers in the cupboard SO LONG AS they are COMPLETELY dry. But I get an@l about that stuff and try to stuff them in the fridge, cause I'm a 'fraidy cat like that!:o
Ooh, I see Rawkie and I were posting at the same time! You know what they say, great minds think alike! ;)
