Hula Hoops are great for fixing patterned body movements. Make sure you are moving your hips in both directions. I'm sure the website shows that. Have a hooping great time....:D

Actually I wanna see Revvell moving/hooping! Rumour has it she's not a mover - I find that hard to believe! I never could do a dag-gone hula hoop. Now I can do hand stands, but I can't hoop - go figure!

Teacher wanted us to play with doing a handstand today. Yeah, right. :rolleyes: Just playing... that's it!!!
Now, hooping, I can do! :D I like being on my feets.

I'm a hooper!!!! I have a black and white striped hoop, well a black and glow in the dark striped hoop. Me likes to look purtee in the dark. lol

Anyhow, I love the HoopGirl dvd. I also have level one by Hoopnotica but the HoopGirl one has so many moves packed into just their one dvd. They also recently came out with a more workout oriented dvd, but I find just getting into some music and hooping away works up quite a sweat!

There are so many moves to learn. Dance hooping is beautiful and amazing!

No seriously - this is GREAT! The hoop I bought is a little too small though, so today I'm going out with my friend to buy materials for making my own!! I learned how-to on the page previously posted!
She thought it sounded really cool so now I have a real-life hooping-buddy as well as a bunch of cyber-ones!:D

ooooh i love hooping. i have like 6 hoops that i made myself. if you look on youtube there are tricks you can learn and it's really fun!

Yup! Did mention hooping on one of the shows... a recent one, I think... when we were talking about what kind of movement is fun. I also found people to hoop with on tribe.net and, I'm wondering if there's a hooping meetup?
