Avocado Oil

Is this raw? Just curious. Have had some sitting in my cupboard for a while. Bought it because I read somewhere that it tasted like butter. I was afraid to try it because I really hate avocados. It's the texture of them I hate. Not necessarily the taste. Not even sure what they taste like because the texture was so off-putting to me I couldn't stand to have them in my mouth. Anyway... I tried it tonight in a recipe (not raw) and my daughter loved it. So I was thinking it might be good to drizzle on a corn salad, but not sure how they make the stuff.

Umm if it says Cold Pressed, Or Extra Virgin yes. If it doesnt, Doubt it. But they do sell Avo Oil Cold pressed, raw, good stuff.
