Hello everyone! I am a 29 year old wanting some change! I have just had my 3rd child and I have quite a bit of weight to lose and also I would love to be in better health overall. I have been drinking green smoothies for almost a year and I'm ready to go 100% raw. My family supports me but doesn't want to eat like I will be so I need alot of support! I have read Alissa's book, Green for Life and have been looking through many recipes! I hope to get some great insight from all of you and some major support!
