So, I started eating green smoothies for breakfast and they really have been helping. I feel better, skin looks a bit better, nails are growing nicely, feeling fuller, better bowel movements, sleeping a bit better, less sugar food cravings.
During the rest of the day, I eat whatever but am trying to make a healthier effort and also, drinking TONS of water...like literally 2 gallons at least. Can't get enough.
My hope is that the smoothies will provide me the stability to slowly go raw over time and also, I will see even more improvement in my generally bad health.
Goals:
To lose over 120 lbs. I weigh 275 as of last week. I am around 5'8" on a good day and overall, my health is going downhill fast and I am only 33 years old. Went to the doc and got everything checked out and tested and 99% of my problems are due to obesity= food= need to make BIG CHANGE!! Doc was...nice....in saying I didn't look that bad but I have youth on my side. OUCH!!
Symptoms- (long list so please stand by....)body and joint aches, more so than normal flu like symptoms, exhaustion, depression, acne, tooth aches, poor sleep if any sleep at all, crankiness, weird, messed up periods, lower back pain, migraines, allergies, dry skin, diarrhea, hemmoroids, overall puffiness to myself that I hate and some other things I will think of later.
I intend of proving a woman can age naturally and gracefully without all the injections, surgeries, or anything else that is not natural. When I am 40, I intend on winning an over 40 contest for woman and I want to do it all raw and natural.
I want to show my son what healthy really is and be around to enjoy him. Right now, at 16 months old, I can barely keep up with him and it is terrifying me.
I want to be able to wear normal clothes again, not stretchy knits that really are not flattering but I have no choice right now. I would be exstatic with t-shirts and jeans right now.
Live life more everyday, fully aware and alive, happy, healthy, strong and at peace, inside and out.
Yoga- I want to do a headstand and a full back bend and have amazing arms.
