I only have a cheap blender from like walmart but i want to make like cheesecakes, frostings, creamy pies and more but I dont know if its possible to get that creamy texture with a cheap blender. I know i cant afford a vitamix or anything like that at the moment.

I don't have a good blender either so I use a coffee grinder. It blends the nuts into a powder, as long as they are very dry. If you want to use sprouted nuts, you can sprout and then dehydrate them. I usually just throw the unsprouted nuts in since dehydrating them is time consuming. You will have to grind them in smaller batches than you would in a blender. Then just use your blender to mix the nuts with the rest of the ingredients. That reminds me, I need to wipe out my coffe grinder.

Yes you can. I have a $30 blender from Wal-mart its black and chrome?
And it's pretty nice. I have made pumpkin pie and smoothies and blue berry pie and almond and date crusts in it... true that its no vita mix but if you be patient and take your time with it, it can come out pretty nice.
I love my blender. It crushes ice. He he he
