I just tried a recipe from "Living Cuisine" tonight that I'd been eyeing for a couple of weeks now. It was really pretty good! Altho' I think I'll like it a bit better if it's a bit cooler, rather than room temp. But it was the Sweet Summer Corn and Squash recipe.
Has anyone else tried this one? What did you think of it?
