I thought I heard 4 c. zucch. and one cup. flax seeds...not sure on anything else....maybe you can come to the rescue. Thanks.

Oh, the name again...it's something like 118 degrees or such.

You might look in the restaurant section for the name of the restaurant. I think Raw Truth posted it.

118 degrees is an AWESOME wonderful amazing restaurant! Everyone go there... right now! :p

Ok sorry, I have nothing useful to add about the recipe, LOL :D But I'm sure if you do find it, it'll be delicious--I've never had anything I didn't LOVE from there or from chef Jenny's pre-packaged foods.

Lab,
I heard Chef Jenny does share this one recipe I wish. Maybe when you go back, you can ask and post with her permission. Anxiously waiting. Thanks for the teaser as I am very far from the place.

rev, thanks.

carolg,

Sorry, I would totally ask her for the recipe (I met her, she's VERY nice!) but I actually don't live near 118 degrees... I wish!! It's in Southern CA, where I seem to visit every month or so, and I'm up in Northern CA. Hmm, if they don't mind sharing the recipe, could you call them and ask? :D LOL! That'd be kinda weird, but who knows, maybe it'd work. 714-754-0718 and the website is http://www.shop118degrees.com/ ...although not much is on the site yet since they're so new.

It would feel ackward asking for the recipe Jenny is so gracious to share when you go there, but calling I can't do that. Thanks for number. This would be great place to eat. Have you eaten the wrap yet Lab?

Hmm... no, I don't think I had anything like a zucchini wrap. We had enchiladas, tamales, nachos, granola, crepes, smoothies... Whatever she made the "tortillas" for the enchiladas from was very yummy. I thought I detected flax in them, or possibly psyllium. Same with the crepe wrappers.

Well, that's that, now I'm gonna have to drive down to Los Angeles and try these famous zucchini wraps :D It's only 400 miles, I could make it there by morning :p (Ok, but seriously, I'll totally ask for the recipe next time I'm down there, or maybe one of the Southern CA folks could help??)

Lab,
I may see this lady tonight who ate there and ask what it is called. I know it was a wrap made with 'zucchini and flax seeds' for sure. See what you can find out as this is second best to being there. My friend loved it so much she was there twice with her non raw dad who liked it enough to return a second time. Thanks. Please share.
