Could someone tell me about olives? I LOVE them, or used to before going raw. I see that a lot of rawbies eat them, but I'm not sure which ones to buy? Surely not the black olives in the can??? I see the olive bar at Whole Foods, are those raw? What is the process in making them?

Great Question? Alissa sells Olives. Check Pierre's Post, he has talked of his Love of Olives. Or do a "SEARCH"..............

mmm I looove olives!
To be sure yours are raw, you can get them from alissa, david wolfe (sunfood.com), and many other raw sellers.
I liked DW's sun-tried peruvian olives. They're unsalted, merely dried in the sun.
