Olives?

Could someone tell me about olives? I LOVE them, or used to before going raw. I see that a lot of rawbies eat them, but I'm not sure which ones to buy? Surely not the black olives in the can??? I see the olive bar at Whole Foods, are those raw? What is the process in making them?

To be sure yours are raw, you can get them from alissa, david wolfe (sunfood.com), and many other raw sellers.

I liked DW's sun-tried peruvian olives. They're unsalted, merely dried in the sun.

i was wondering myself.. i still am eating my Greek olives.. i simply love them and put just a few in my salad so that's the only un-raw thing i consume now :( i bet they're not raw uh..(?)

I buy mine in a glass bottle thingy...
they are marinated in ,,,hmm... i dont eally remember... but they are organic... does it make any difference? :\
would love to know that answer too.. i looove my olives...
was planing to make those by myself :) we got lots of olive trees around it pitty not to use them...

I used to buy 12 packs of soda's. Now I buy 12 packs of Kalamata Olives... Yummy.
