I'm TOO FULL to eat all of the delicious raw things I want to eat in one day!! Today for instance, I made the best mouth-watering pizza for dinner - so I'm full from that right now. But I have cinnamon rolls almost made, and I'm also thinking that an ice-cold, creamy chocolate cherry almond-milk drink sounds divine in this heat. The problem is, I'm stuffed from the pizza I had for dinner, as well as the blueberries I bought from the roadstand and snacked on after dinner. And the raw crunchy cashews I had before dinner. And the vitamix full of green smoothie before that.
It's just funny because in most diets you find yourself hungry often - not just because you're limiting calories or whatever, but because the food you eat isn't all that filling. I find that raw food is so dense and filling that I want to eat alot of it, but I can't!
