I eat pretty simply and i love fruit salads that a little something extra too them so i made a mango fruit salad today. I took frozen mango chunks and let them thaw until they were kinda soft, then i added chunks of apple, 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed, raw honey and cinnamon. I mixed it all up and its so good, satisfying and not over filling/bloat inducing.
