I've noticed several people stating that they were/are "high raw" and now are total raw. What does high raw mean? Is it all veggies and fruit, just some were cooked? Or does it mean meat and cheese too?
I'm just trying to catch onto the lingo. :D

I think everyone has a different "percentage" when it comes to saying High Raw, but I think it's above 90% Raw...
someone correct me if I'm wrong?
Usually if someone is high raw, they're consuming cooked vegan food, but everyone's different, and makes different choices :)

I consider myself high raw because though most of my diet consists of raw fruit, veggies, and nuts..I also add tofu or seitan to salads sometimes, and occasionally I'll eat shredded wheat cereal or crackers. It's all still vegan and pretty healthy, just not 100% raw.

Dude,
High raw is my style.
90% of what I eat is raw.
I do drink martinis....(not raw) and will on occasion pick at non raw things like popcorn, or rostaed nuts.
Peace,
M.B.
