I just came across this article. Im not sure what to think about it though...

I don't necessarily believe it. I'd need a lot more details. For instance, were they organic grapefruits? Did the women put sugar/artificial sweetener on them? What other foods were these women eating with them? What medications were they taking? And does it only apply to older women like the article suggests? The article gives no details. That alone makes me doubtful. Maybe grapefruit increases risk for some certain group of people, maybe not, but that article is way incomplete.

Don't believe that one. I got lots of mail about that from many Newletters. It sure was not from the Grapefruits. Mybe from some kind of sweetener. Mother Nature does not make foods that cause Cancer. Grapefruit is really good for you too. It has lots of Alkaline in it too. I still use it. I saw that on the news too. Now If it was milk I would say yes it would do that. Doug in Calif..Living green and loving it.:cool: :eek: :)
