beppa - Hope you don't mind if I add a thought on this. You MAY know what to do with all of the energy. If you were like me and had all these things you KNEW needed doing and all these other things you really WANTED to do, but you never had any energy in the first place, then you WILL know what to do with all that energy. And some days, you still might feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done!;) :p But it isn't like before going raw. It's a MILLION times better!:D
