Here is what I just made:
I filled the Nori roll with:
1/2 sliced avocado
1/2 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
Sliced tomato
Dijon mustard (The only thing I eat that is not raw)
Sliced green pepper
Roll it up and YUM! I had TWO! :)

ya sushi was hard for me to give up. i didnt even give myself a farewell dinner. imagine my elation when i had my first bite of raw vegan sushi. i was so stoked. i juiced a little ginger into the shoyu with some wasabi. i was in heaven.
and yes goji berries are so good. its weird how they used to taste so bad to me but now i love them.

I miss nori SO much... can't wait until I can have it again.
Make sure you use the black nori and not the green... the black is the raw kind :)
Glad you had a great lunch~ :D

You're right...long as it's black and not green.

I made a nori roll last night with practically all the same ingredients and I was not pleased at all. I'm not a fussy eater so maybe I'm doing something wrong. Should the nori be soaked first? It was both chewy and hard at the same time.
Suggestions?
