How many bowels movements do you have a day?Recently i've been having some complications with poopie despite eating lots of raw greens and fruits.From what i've read green smoothies are really the best thing i can drink right now.
What combinations really make you go?

Celery is a very high fiber food. Break a stalk of celery in half sometime and you can see all of the stringy strands of fiber. Celery should get you moving.

I usually "go" two good times a day. It depends though what other foods I eat besides GS's.
Grapefruits also get one "moving".
Flax seed (ground) added to a GS is a good mover too.

Any type of fruit combinations should help. Fruit is a natural laxative.

Melons! Any kind... natural diuretics and laxative. Eat the melon at least half an hour before you eat anything else though because they digest quickly.

Rebounding. Get up and MOVE YOURSELF too! Didn't mean to shout, but a lot of folks do not move to get their bodies "moving"...so MOVE it honey!!!!

For some reason, I have not been doing very well on that end. I do drink GS everyday!

When you drink the green smoothie, be careful not to drink it too fast, otherwise you may have a runny tummy. Swish each mouthful to mix the saliva. Pretend that you are eating it.
I make a 32 oz batch of it in the morning, and drink half when it is made, and the rest later in the day.
I also try to drink 4 glasses of water a day. (A raw diet lessens the need for a full 8 glasses of water a day).
