Hi my name is Mehrad (hence my username!) Ive started becoming raw because I want to feel more energetic and spiritually free! However I can only manage to be 80-90% raw due to the fact my parents only accept me as a vegetarian as well as my mother cooking for some of my lunches and most of my dinners (which I dont blame, she's very protective of the kitchen!) I play alot of sport and I wish to better my tennis, so thanks to rawlife I am much more energetic and Ive only just started!
However I was wondering if its possible to aim for a six pack on a diet of raw food (without so many nuts and seeds)?
Thank you!
Peace

Hi Mehrad,
check out www.thegardendiet.com/
there ebooks are very cheap to download but the website itself is quite good anyway. Storm has an amazing body and although I haven't seen it, I'm sure he has a six pack. There is one ebook about muscle building, which includes drinking 32 oz of orange juise for breakfast and working out within 20 minutes of that.
have fun,
Claudia
