For me it takes a lot of raw foods before i am no longer hungry and it ends up making my belly really bloated and distended due to all the volume of the food. I feel like im blowing up instead of slimming down which is what i want to do.

I am eager to h ear the answer to your question also. I do know that some people bloat due to eating a lot of fiber and I also have felt that way but it soon resolved itself as I continued to eat that way.

Well if you make some Green Smoothies you won't be so hungry anymore. Then you won't be as bloated. Give your body some time to get use to it too. You will love it in time. Doug in Calif 100% Raw and loving it.:cool: :eek: :)

Yup, it will take your body awhile to adjust to all of the fresh veggies and fruits you are giving it. Give it time. This too shall pass. Ha Ha.

I had the same problem when I first started eating raw foods. I think it was because I was eating a lot of different foods while trying to fill up. Now I eat about 6 or 7 times a day and only eat one type of food at each setting. If I eat a big mixture of different foods I still get a bloated stomach.

Try eating one type of food at a time, all melon or all other fruit, (make sure you eat melon first because it digests the fastest)... then other kinds of food. I usually eat in phases and it helps keep my tummy from bloating :D
