I am struggling to find recipes that I REALLY enjoy. I was wondering what your tried and true ones are? The ones you make over and over again?
Thank you,

love the raw cookies I make (oats, sesame seeds, honey, raw nut butter, sea salt, vanilla and chocolate optional, dark ground flax seeds mixed in the food processor, then formed into balls and refrigerated). And I use the rich cheddar sauce quite a bit as well, particularly on salads. Pizza bread is another favorite around here, as are fruit shakes. I just take whatever frozen fruit I have handy, add honey (I have a pretty big sweet tooth), water and ice and voila!
Tonight I wanted to make the fajitas, but didn't have everything, so I just created my own filling using 2 yellow peppers, tomato, a few handfuls of baby spinach, one small red onion, mushrooms, cumin, sea salt, olive oil and Braggs and it turned out surprisingly well. I've only made it once, but believe me, it WILL be made again!

wtng4amiracle,
My favourites are the Green Goddess Dip (I often use that for salad dressing), the Rich Cheddar Sauce (for a spread on crackers), flaxseed crackers, salads with shredded beats, tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, coleslaw with mayonnaise, mayonaisse, almond milk, also Best Coffee posted by RawVeganMom, fruit smoothies every morning with spirulina, eggplant burgers (my new favourite). That's all I can think of right now and I'm always trying new ones.

Green Smoothies
Love 'em! Will ALWAYS drink and benefit from these. I was gonna be "on the road" Saturday morning getting my little grand-guy and threw together a "quick" GS. Nut mylk and a heaping tablespoon each of Spirulina and Alissa's green food powder and a little squirt of agave - It was so good and easy to drink on the road!

I grate zucchini and add corn, peas and chopped bell peppers...then cover with marinara. I have this at least 3 times a week.
I also like cookies that I make with 1/2 carrot and 1/2 zucchini mix in some raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves...add a bit of juice or water and bit of ground flax seeds. I could almost live on the these.
