Is this possible? It's been 3 days.

Ive heard of ppl having nothing bt watermelon for awhile & noone seems to wrry about this because of the calories it's loaded with but cucumbers are about 100 per cuke!

I've been having about 3 a day but they are HUGE.

I know I wont lose my hair because of what they contain. My hair & nails are growing like mad. I feel awesome, but havent heard anyone say they've been through the same thing.

Are you saying you're eating only cucumbers?

I dont' see a problem with it, I've gone days eating cantaloupe or nothing but plums, pineapple, etc.

As long as it's working for you, who's to say any different :D

Don't know about the sustainability of this (though I'd think it would be fine if it wasn't for weeks and weeks) but last summer I was basically doing this. The English cucumbers at the farmers market were 50 cents each and HUGE and delicious. I munched on those all day long.

Why are you counting calories?
Why aren't you drinking green smoothies?
I basically live on these things these days. I eat very little "solid" food. I don't need it.
I ate a whole cantaloupe this evening - who knows how many calories is in there. I don't care. Calories don't matter to me anymore. It's a good thing I don't have to worry about that anymore. Makes my life easier.
Your body is craving cukes - then eat 'em...
This past winter I couldn't get enough avocados.

Yeah we go through these phases. Remember Victoria Boutenkos story about Sergei and his thing with (I forget...think it was mango or something) and that was all he wanted and then once his body had had enough, he didn't want anymore?

Your body may be craving the silica or something (maybe/maybe not) but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about as far as not getting enough of anything as when your body is done with them, you'll be on to something else or perhaps a more varied diet!

I love cucumbers. I could eat several a day too. Aren't they a part of the melon family?

I think that's the great thing about raw - our body craves what it needs and we seek that. With SAD our bodies have cravings and sometimes we can't figure them out so we just start eating whatever is in sight. With raw I always know what it is I want to eat. Yesterday for instance, I couldn't get enough canteloupe. I also had a serious craving for ice cold watermelon. The cravings were really bad and I didn't have any of either in the house. I had to go BACK to the store to get them.

So if you are craving cucumbers I say go for it. :p

Dim question Veganforlife, but is your poop solid or liquid? :o

Sorry again :D
