Would it be possible to eat a cookie recipe just as cookie dough? I don't have a dehydrator but would love to make some cookie dough :)

I definitely think so! I've made this awesome cookie dough and I got the recipe from www.goneraw.com
Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw tahini
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1 tablespoon raw honey
2½ teaspoons coconut oil
1 drop organic vanilla extract
Preparation
Stir all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate it for a little while.
I've modified it now and have eliminated the honey but used stevia or nothing at all. Also, I use Artisiana Coconut Butter and used 1 TB. I also add cinnamon and lately I've added raw shredded coconut too. It is so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this link http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=26526&highlight=Rp%27s+brownies
But I used 1 cup of walnuts not soaked, 1 cup dates not soaked, and 1/2 cup cocoa, I also added a pinch (no more than a pinch!) of sea salt.
It says to place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until well blended. It should still be dry and chunky (about 30 seconds).
Press into small spring form pan or shape in glass dish. Refrigerate until you can insert a knife in it and it isn't too sticky. Cut into little pieces then pop into zip lock bag and freeze.
I chopped the walnuts up into powder and then put the dates in and blended them for a few seconds then added the walnuts, cocoa, and salt and blended it for about 20 seconds. I did this because I wanted it more like a chocolate bar then brownies and it came out great after i froze it.
Here is RP's website www.rawpriestess.com
