Has any one read this book? I just found it at the library and started to read it. So far I really like it!

Nature's First Law by Stephen Arlin, Found Dini and David Wolfe.

I know that David Wolfe is a reknowned raw foodie who has spoken all over the world and has seminars all the time. He also owns the Nature's First Law store here in San Diego (I think it's called Sunfood Nutrition now).

I haven't personally read the book however I hear it's very informative.

That was the first book I read on raw and it made me go 100% raw ON THE SPOT at 5 months pregnant! :D
