This is my eighth day of being 100% raw. So far, I've made marinated greens and made two desserts. One is the cheesecake posted on another thread and the other is the chocolate mousse in Alissa's book. Does anyone find the desserts to be VERY rich? They are both good, but oh so rich.

Yes, but that's a good thing. Your tastebuds are changing and you also will be eating less of the sweets...and THAT's a good thing too...

Yeahhh, I think I talk about it in show #17... or was that in #16? *shrugs* Heck, I dunno. :D

Thanks for the speedy response!

That's true about eating less... I only ate a little of the cheesecake. I have to admit though....I did spoon some out of the bowl while waiting for it to set. I didn't even follow the recipe and it was still amazingly good. :)

Will they taste less rich as time goes by?

Well, if you start drinking green smoothies your sweet tooth will not be as strong.

You should try and listen to the RAWKIN' RADIO broadcasts - full of great, great info. Lots of questions answered.
