What really stands out to me is the head shots and what a dramatic transformation your skin has taken. It has totally cleared up and now it is glowing and vibrantly healthy.

Best thing of all is that your strength came from above and you proved that simple faith in the Almighty can accomplish great and marvelous works.

I feel great! More energy And yes I make my husband more salads than he used to eat before I went raw. I also do a lot of juicing and have introduced some green smoothies to him. My kids also love the smoothies I make.

I have been eating a lot of living food, though not 100%, and have lost 12 pounds in 16 days now and feel great!

Your pictures inspire me to keep on keepin' on and to keep looking to Him for wisdom regarding my health.

Morn, Your consistant efforts with raw foods is really showing results. I am setting a goal for myself to be consistant using raw foods for the next year so that I can get results also. Morn, what else did you do besides raw? What type of exercise, etc?:confused:

I do a lot of rebounding. But I like to mix it up with different aerobic classes (step, kickboxing, pilates, etc.), swimming, eliptical and stairmaster machines, rollerblading (in the summer), biking (in summer) etc.
