Sitz Baths...

Anyone famil with sitz baths? Have you tried it? Experience?

Attempted to try it but it didn't work. Was supposed to do them for several days following the birth of my baby. The contraption wouldn't stay on the toilet seat right and my butt didn't want to go down in it. So I gave up.

Its just bathing a part of your body with warm medicated water such as Salt etc. It can be done it a Bath Tub parcially filled or a bowl that fits on the Commode..
