Sole

Does anybody else use sole? My brother sent some to me...it's really amazing.

One time I was feeling pretty nauseated. I went to Cafe Gratitude and one of the servers gave me some water some some sole in; like magic, my nausea was lifted. Within a minute or two. I dont know how it worked, but it did. :)

All you need to make it is a glass jar that you like, himalayan crystal salt and the best water possible (preferably river water but also mature water, i have a thread on it).

I only had it last night and this morning but I can really feel it both phsyically and indirectly. I regard it as very sacred, as it is basically fluid sunlight...to me it gives the taste of the water the same quality as you would find in river or creek water
