Anyone have this? or know of anyone who has cured themselves of this by going raw?

I can't give you any advice if you have high to medium blood pressure.
But I have hypotensive dysautonomia and a "doctor gone raw" made terrible recommendations for me believing it's the cure all. For instance, USUALLY any fruit during the day for someone with low blood pressure and orthostatic intolerance is a no-no. bananas increase potassium and lower blood pressure even more, so does any fruit...which I tolerate better at night.
this combo however of green juice (in the late afternoon) with green sour apples (only) is good for me (Kale, broccoli, celery, granny smith. lime) NO spinach it is high in sulfates (so are garlic and onions) and tends to make dysautonomia worse.
It's good to remember that tomatoes are a fruit and do contain sodium but don't have adequate sodium to help someone with hypotention.
I have tried raw BUT I find I generally fare better on an adrenal fatigue diet which is salting my water and eating a protien, a whole grain and a vegetable at every meal...I also find that poached eggs with brown rice and salted water is power food for me in the morning...anything else just makes me feel faint, tired and extremely tachycardic. Salads are good with every meal if you want to go 30% raw...
all the best!!!!

Anybody else putting up with this problems? What do you do to feel better? My main problems are fatigue and brain fog.
Thanks,
Lorrie
