MusicalRawLady,
About 11.5 pounds.
Hm... I didn't have a lot to lose - but what needed to go (like 10 lbs) went in the first month:D

Also interested in how much people lost, but more from the point of view that I'm underweighed already. Just started eating 100% raw a week ago and lost 2 pounds which scares me

I lost 10 lbs. which also scared me because I was afraid I looked anorexic. but now after 4 months i've rebuilt (even though i weigh the same) and instead of bony I just look really healthy and glowing. Absolutely NO ONE could possibly think someone so healthy looking is anorexic. plus... i'm constantly eating so... yeah.

same here, i lost 5 lbs from an already tiny frame, a friend who i havent seen in months commented to me on friday night that I "have a model body" meaning she thought I looked very long and lean, not "unhealthy skinny". When she first told me I looked thinner, I started to feel really self-conscience again, but then her and another friend assured me that while I do look leaner, my body is "super hot" ha. So I am trying to reassure myself that I am not sickly looking with the 5 lb loss.

8 lbs, but I had a very hard time getting to 100%. I'd say overall throughout the month I was about 85-90% raw, and went from 160 to 152.

sigtau66,
Wow, what did you eat in the first month? That is amazing weight loss. I started at 199 pounds and am down to 186 now. I know, I know it's not about weight loss, its about the health benefits but I'm fat and want to look great so that is a part of my motivation for raw food at present. Also I'm feeling much better too.

I lost 7lbs in the first month. 135 to 128. :D I eat whatever I want and as much as I want, as long it's raw. I also don't eat a lot of dehydrated stuff...but mostly b/c I'm lazy.

When I first went Raw a year ago, I lost a little over 8 pounds the first month. I don't remember if I stayed 100% the whole time though.
I haven't been 100% a month yet, but I've already released 5 pounds in the first week. :D
It was like 13-14 pounds for me.

I lost 4.5 after the first day then nothing for the rest of the 30 days of 100% raw. I went cold turkey from SAD to raw. I'm about 50-60 pounds overweight and expected much more but....nothin' I can do about that.

amambro1,
Please tell me what you've been eating roughly the last 40 days or a typical day. I started at 199 pounds and would love to lose 23 pounds.

None. I was raw for most of 5 months last year. I'm now getting back into it. I didn't lose any during that 5 months, but when I went off raw and went back to cooked vegan I gained 18 pounds in about 2 months, to make me the heaviest i'd ever been. I'd never had a problem with gaining a lot of weight like that before, even eating junk. I do think it has messed up my metabolism. In order for me to lose the tiniest bit of weight now I have to stay at about 800-1000 calories a day.
I'll see if I still have the same issue once I return to raw.
