PS: Raw Nori is black and green is toasted.
It's the opposite of what you think it should be...

What brands are good to buy then? The one that I was looking at said it was dried...so I did not buy it.

What I usually do when I'm in doubt about a certain product is look at a few raw online sites and see what brands they carry and then either order them online or look for them the next time I visit whole foods.

Sorry, I don't remember off hand what brand we bought.

Alissa sells some in her online store. You can also check any local Asian markets to see if they carry it. Dried is fine, it's toasted that you may not want if you're looking for it to be raw.

Maine Coast is the main brand & there are a couple others.
