Little Pumpkins?

I planted some pumpkins in my garden and they have went wild. I accidently bought seeds for the little pumpkins. What should I do with them? I have a lot. The seeds inside the pumpkins are white. Why are the pumpkin seeds at the health food store green? I am going to save some for decoration, but not ALL of them. :eek:

I could be wrong on this but I believe I read here somewhere that you are supposed to remove the outer hull of pumpkin seeds before eating them. How? I don't know. Okay I looked it up. Some have hulls and some do not.

Beyond that, I don't know what to tell you. I buy a few small pumpkins for decoration and I buy the seeds. But I don't eat pumpkin.
