I had weight loss success with 100% raw. I have basically been 100% now for 6 months. Since I don't own a scale, I am not sure how much weight I have lost. It has been at least 30 pounds, probably more. I have gone down 2 pant sizes.
If you eat cooked food, don't beat yourself up and feel guilty (that is what our society teaches us). Just make sure your next meal is raw. It could be simple such as fruit, vegetables or salad, OR you could prepare some wonderful recipe! Just make sure you get back to the RAW diet.
It does take some planning. You have to have raw food around! Whether you are at your own house, or families house, or out camping, you need to have lots of choices for yourself. Bring coolers to work filled with fruits. Bring coolers and bags with you filled with raw food to your family visits.

I am new here and I am just starting a 30 day challenge. I will start on 4-19. I would like to join you and support each other if you want.
