And I'm working on a raw version of the British Hob Nobs.

Veganforlife they are a sweet crispy light oatmeal cookie and boy they are good, used to go great with a nice hot cup of tea, but haven't had either in years.

The ones I had tasted kinda nutty and were covered in chocolate. They are thin round discs. Stacked in a can. Phwargh.

I'm blending buckwheat, almond and agave for the base. Then covering in chocolate.

Yum.

I guess yesterday was an un-baking kind of day. We made carrot cake, banana/brazil nut pancakes, and cinnamon candied nuts.

The carrot cake was fab!
