I seem to get very dry skin on my face at times. I have no acne. Just my eyebrows, nose, and other areas around my face are very dry. Skin flakes at times on my brow line. I am a fully raw food eater, and try to eat as balanced as possible. So I am not sure if I am lacking anything that may be causing this.

Not sure if I need some type of lotion..Though I want to try and use something that does not contain any type of chemicals. Does anybody have any brands that they can recommend to me.

What veggies or fruit would help this out.

Thanks for the help

I don't put anything on my skin, but if my skin were dry I would apply honey.

I love love love coconut oil!
I use it on my entire body after I come out of the shower, and even put a little on the ends of my hair too.
Doesn't break me out at all, rather the opposite. Helps my skin!

I realize that oil pulling is on another thread BUT....I would highly recommend trying oil pulling for your dry skin. I can attest that FOR ME it has been a skin smoothing blessing. My heels, elbows and overall skin is so smooth. My rosacea has all but disappeared. My dh is loving the results on me and he is doing it too and loving it also.
There are tons of posts on it, just look for the thread or do a banana search. There is a current thread on it. Check it out. :-)

Adding cucumber to your diet will help tremendously! It is very good for the skin.
