View Full Version : How does my menu look so far today?

Breafast: One apple, One banana
Snack: 20 cashews, 10 almonds.
Lunch: 2 large Collard Green leaves with Onions, Romaine and Cherry Tomatoes
Snack: 3 cups of mixed fruit.
Is this ok so far? I know I still need to eat dinner...I am working towards losing about 10 lbs.

GIRRRL.... haave FUN with it!! You're doing great!!! That's not that much nuts!! and everything else sounds wonderful... can you pass me some of that salad??? ;)
remember... HAVE FUN! RELAX ... enjoy the foods and the vibrant energy you are now consuming.... Do you have Alissa's book and DVD? Those are wonderful tools to really help you and guide you successfully into the raw lifestyle!

Thanks all! I had a huge salad and about half of a cup of raw pumpkin seeds for dinner...I hope that isn't too much food! I find myself getting hungry between meals.

Sounds good, but may I suggest starting your day off with a green smoothie?
