Do any of you guys eat sprouted breads like Ezekial or manna bread? Im really craving a sub and was thinking of buying some sprouted ezekial hamburger or hotdog rolls.
Also, do any of you guys eat raw cheese? They sell it at the local health food store and i was thinkiing of buying some but i dont know if i should.

I can't answer you, but I was wondering what the deal was with Ezekial bread too, seeing it in the health food store....I need bread or crackers or something!

Ezekial bread is not raw. It is baked at around 250 degrees (if I remember correctly). You can go on their site in the FAQ's and find the complete answer. As for raw cheese, I know that Alissa's book promotes a raw vegan diet, which would mean no cheese. Hope this helps :D

I bought Ezekiel bread a long ways back and didn't like the taste anyway. Bleck.

Ezekiel is sprouted bread, but not raw. It is still cooked. It's better than regular breads and some use it as a transition food.

I've eaten the breads before. I'm not a huge fan of the sliced bread but i really love the hamberger rolls. Manna bread is really good too, especially the fruit and nut kind.
