any thoughts on Living Tree Community's sundried organic olives?
i know they carry a lot of items they say are raw.

i also know that there are people that say that anything thats been sealed in a can is not raw, but im still confused as there are things on alissas website that have been sealed in a can and are still considered raw. are those things just more debatable items, take it or leave it, or are they truly raw?

just FYI, i really did do a banana search and read all i could find in previous threads, and im still confused :p so if anyone could shed some light or is anyone knows anything about living tree community's olives, thatd be fab.

cheers!
liliu.

I've never purchased from them.

I have bought olives from Sunfood Nutrition. In fact...UPS just dropped off a bundle of goodies yesterday!

I think when you are "canning" something you use heat. But in a factory I think they are just seeled by a vac system.
