"funny" feeling in my lungs

This is what I feel since almost a week. like a burning feeling, just like before you get a bad cough or in the beginning of a flu. But there is no cough or flu. it is just that feeling. Has anyone experienced this? Is it part of detox? It feels like my lungs are loaded with mucus that wants to come out. Funny is, that if I eat something cooked , then the feeling goes, which makes me think it has to be related to my raw food.

Detox!! Had the same feeling you described when I first started my raw journey - thought I was getting a relapse of the pneumonia I had just recently recovered from. Hang in there - mine only lasted a few days. ~ lafs

Thanks for answering! now I am kind of coughing too, trying to get that feeling out, and I can feel some mucus moving. Is that detox too? I just don't have any other symptoms of a cold and since I have this feeling for so many days, I could only think of detox too.
