Does anyone know if you are supposed to dehydrate Alissa's Carrot cake or just refridgerate it?

Rawma, Alissa's recipe was designed to only be refrigerated. However, many of us have dehydrated it only to make it firmer as some found it to be a little mushy. One thing you could also do aside from dehydrating is to add a little more dry, ground walnuts or perhaps some shredded coconut.

Thanks Rawkinlocs! I felt like it needed to be dehydrated too! I'll see Alissa next week so I will run that by her.
